Since the recent transfer, I have updated Win10 to the latest 2004, so I was wondering if this was the issue.
I now cannot get it to work on either computer (although the I only used it on the laptop several years ago). I recently (about three/four months ago) transferred an old VHS to my desktop computer using it.
